- Refund/Exchange does not apply to Laptops, Printers, Mobile Phones, Magazines, Books, DVDs, CDs, Digital Cameras/Camcorders,
- In case of Cartridges, PC Software, Video Games and all accessories, return/exchange is possible only if the packing has not been tampered with in any way.
- Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.
- Any product purchased within 36 Hrs and Returned as Dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnels or manufacturer’s authorised service centre technician, as applicable. The process can take upto four business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
- Exchange or Refund on Major/Medium Home Appliances, Large panels and Audio/Video products will be exchanged or refunded based on manufacturer’s authorised service centre’s investigation report and approval.
- If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
- If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged exchange or refund will not be applicable.
- Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
- If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, Rondamo Technologies will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
- Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
- Special order items or cut cable/wire are not refundable.
- Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
- The warranty tendered hereunder, on the electronic product(s) sold under this invoice will be provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to one year from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s) or mentioned on Rondamo Technologies Invoice.
- Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and Rondamo Technologies is a facilitator only.
- Softwares / Stationery are not covered under warranty.
- Physical Damage items are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.
- Please retain sales invoice andReceipts claim warranty.
- Warranty is applicable within the limits of Kenya, unless specified
Payment terms include cash or MPESA on or before delivery, Bank transfer, Cheque, Paypal, Debit or Credit card.
For Bank transfer, cheque and Paypal payment, payment must go through before delivery while debit and credit card payments can only be done from our office.
Please also note, payment on delivery is for customers within Nairobi and its environs. All other customers are advised to make payment so that their order can be processed and shipped immediately payment is confirmed.
All our online prices are exclusive of VAT ( Value Added Tax) and other relevant taxes where applicable. Kindly confirm with our sales team for the final price.
We deliver on the same day so long as the customer has paid in time. Customers within Nairobi are guaranteed of getting their products on the same day. However, customers outside Nairobi may receive their products a day or two later depending on their location.
We extend manufacturer`s warranty and guarantee on all our products where applicable in line with manufacturer`s terms and conditions. Please note that warranty takes time to be sorted, tentatively two weeks.
We ONLY accept returns if the wrong product is delivered or after confirmation, the product delivered is found to be faulty. However, we do not re-accept goods once sold or change a product in case someone changes their mind.
