Galaxy A01 platform performance
In the past, Samsung would very rarely install the latest software updates on budget smartphones, and sometimes even mid ranges. So when we say it is a miracle the Galaxy A01 is powered by the latest software update then those who know this fact for sure can bare witness that we do not speaking lightly. By the latest updates I mean first, it runs Android 10.0 which as at time of its releases was the case. Then I am also referring to One UI 2 which is Samsung’s new and improved skin over stock Android. Coming with a budget smartphone I see no better way the company can wish us a Happy New Year than this.
Still with the platform but now with respect to internal storage we see a 16GB 2GB RAM Galaxy A01. This internal storage is acceptable for the phone’s price. The good news is that it can be expanded using a microSD up to 512 GB. There is a dedicated slot for that. By the way powering this phone is a Octa-core (4×1.95 GHz & 4×1.45 GHz) CPU.
Infinity – V Display
Shortly and very quickly know that Samsung basically refers to the notch wherein lies the selfie camera when is calls the display of Galaxy A01 Infinity – V Display. This notch has been implemented on a 5.7 inches display panel which makes this one among the most compact smartphones of recent times. Its resolution is 720 x 1560 pixels. Fine although bezels have not been completely done away with here we must agree that a large portion of the display estate has been left for users to enjoy. And giving this phone a notch shows for it even further. Infinity – V is a thing Samsung fans have continually adopted to and loved. And now we also see it on Galaxy A01.

So on the back panel you will notice two camera lenses (again, on a budget smartphone). Samsung has gone all out by adding on a 2 MP depth sensor alongside the main 13 MP, f/2.2, 28mm main and wide shooting lens. I dare say the performance here is perfect especially with portrait mode – thanks to the 2MP depth sensor. With some little adjustments here and there with good lighting conditions Galaxy A01 will shoot some pretty decent image even with its 5MP selfie camera. All you need to do is master the art. Be also informed that video recording is 1080p@30fps here.

Same Day Delivery / For Customers in Nairobi Metropolitan Area
We use Courier for these orders, which allows fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. Orders placed between 7 Am and 5 Pm will be delivered the same day otherwise they will be delivered the following day. Delivery times vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address. For very large orders, we may be forced to use Mainfreight as these orders lie outside of what Courier Rider services can handle. If your order is being shipped with Mainfreight, this will be indicated in your fulfilment email along with a tracking number.
Overnight Delivery
Most In stock products are delivered overnight anywhere in Kenya – provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time. Our Overnight Delivery cut-off is usually 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however, this is updated daily and the expected shipping date will be shown for you on the product page. Larger products take an additional 1–2 days to be delivered.
Evening Express Delivery
Same Day Delivery is available to Nairobi & its suburbs. Same Day Delivery orders are delivered between 4pm and 7pm in the evening on the same day your order is dispatched.
If you are ordering on a business day and before the cutoff time, the option will be called “Same Day Delivery”. If you are ordering after the cutoff time or on a weekend or public holiday, the option will be called “Evening Express Delivery”. And May incur extra Costs other than the standard shipping fee.
