SIMPLISTIC DESIGN

The L-shaped boxing of the Soundbar will be the first thing that will grab your attention when you fix your eyes to Sony HT-S350. The Soundbar has a simplistic design while spotting a matte black color that is similar to that of its subwoofer. The black contour has touch-sensitive buttons on its faux-leather top panel and further brings along a front-facing grille that covers the drivers. Beneath the grille is front-firing drivers that deliver audio and combine with the wireless subwoofer to deliver the 320W output.

While being 35 inches wide and less than 2 inches high, it is flexible enough to slide under various TV models such as X80H or Sony X7500. The ports have been placed in the middle on the back thus making it easier to run wires without worrying about them getting in the middle of anything. Besides an HDMI CEC port, there is also an optical audio input and a power adapter port at the rear part.

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

Stream all of your favorite music in a smart way as Bluetooth connectivity gives you a wireless way of accessing your music. Movies and TV are not all that you can do with this Soundbar as it also has a USB port that will allow you to easily play your favorite jams from the USB memory stick.

PERFORMANCE

The stereo frequency of the Soundbar is quite good and can accommodate deep pinch as well as bass-heavy music, movies, and games. Similar to Sony HT-S2OR 5.1, it comes with an always-on –surround sound which causes sub-par stereo performance. The soundstage is decent with the bar being able to get loud enough even in crowded environments. Its total Harmonic distortion performance is great and produces a clean and pure sound.

Similar to Sony HT-s20r 5.1, this Soundbar also has several modes which elevate your listening experience. Listening to the morning news, watching a movie at night, or just listening to that soft jazz after a long day, the Soundbar will take you to levels you have never known. You will be able to choose the perfect setting that is right for whatever content you are watching or listening to with just a button for every sound. Music mode will allow you to hear all vividness and richness of every single track while cinema mode will enable you to feel and hear all action around you while sound travels get you in the movie experience. Voice mode will allow you to enjoy that morning news as it tailors sound settings to accentuate speech whereas watching movies at night will be so fun as night mode optimizes sound balance to allow you to hear everything clearly even at low volumes.

PORTS

The one-cable HDMI ARC will allow you to send audio and further control information from your TV through using a single cable with HDMI ARC. Don’t worry if your TV is not compatible with HDMI as you will still be able to connect through the optical input.
